I can't draw worth crap. I know that. I love to view art though. Even more so with fan art from games. Looking for some wallpapers as well, with permission.

However, I would like to get into colour. What are some good programs to do that? Any ideas?

Paint Shop Pro, Photo Shop, GIMP (I think you can download this for free although I forget where. ^^:), Brush (I have this but I rarely use it, once I get high speed I'll send it to you if you'd like.) and that's all I can think of at the moment. As for non-computer coloring tools I'd recommend Prisma Colors; yeah they're expensive but they're very smooth and, in my opinion, well worth it. I'd advise getting the smaller box, though, and just working your way up for there. ^_^ This is Dark Side Muse, by the way. And, if you'd like, I can make you some wallpapers (I'm not very good at it but I'll definitely try. Oh, and, I shall add you to my DevWatch, that way, when you make some new art I'll be able to see it first hand. Remember, nothing beats a failure but a try; don't get discouraged and more importantly don't give up. Well, that's all for now, take care, dear. ^_^
